Three tips for gently removing children’s make-up

Dressing up for Carnival, Halloween or just everyday fun is fun. But when the party's over, how do you gently remove children's make-up? Discover our tips and tricks for easy removal here.

Removing make-up from children's faces

Painting your entire face as a pumpkin or clown is a lot of material to remove. But, while make-up holds well on the face, it's also easy to remove. Whether you use pencils or blushesWater and soap are all you need to clean everything. To respect both children's skin and the environment, consider washable and reusable sponge squares. For even more effective make-up removal, opt for a cleansing foam specially designed for children's delicate skin.

To clean your cat's whiskers, superhero mask or princess make-up, it's essential to apply the right products. Douce Mousse is ideal for gently cleansing children's skin. Our certified organic foaming water removes make-up while respecting their sensitive skin. Thanks to its formula with purifying pineapple water and ultra-gentle surfactants derived from coconut, it cleanses effectively without drying, leaving skin clean and soothed. Its airy foam and delicious fragrance turn make-up removal into a fun and pleasant experience. And because it doesn't sting the eyes, it's child's play!

Removing streaks of color from hair

To add the finishing touch to his make-up, your child has painted his hair. Don't worry, he's used hair mascaras of Namaki. What a great idea! Easy to apply thanks to their built-in brush, they're also very easy to clean. Just shampoo and go. And if it's not yet time for a shower, you can already tone down the color with a stroke of the hairbrush.

Bye bye ephemeral tattoos

By definition, a tattoo temporary, it goes away on its own...after a few days, sometimes a few weeks depending on the skin. But when the rainbow fades or Dracula turns as pale as a ghost, it may be time to remove the tattoo completely. To do this gently, without irritating the skin, you can use cleansing milk or 70° alcohol.

Bonus: remove traces of make-up from children's clothes

The brush dripped onto your little angel's T-shirt, and your youngest confused his make-up pencils with his felt-tip pens. He got it all over himself! Disaster? Not at all! On skin or textiles, same cleaning technique. In the event of "accidental" application, stains can be removed with soap and water, or directly in the washing machine...

By following these simple tips, you can easily remove your children's make-up. Their skin will be quickly and gently cleansed. All they'll want to do is do it again! And since it's also important to take care of your products and equipment to achieve beautiful make-up results, we recommend that you read our tips and tricks for keeping Namaki children's make-up looking good longer.
